Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) Form 

To help ensure the safety of our students, families, and staff, we've implemented the Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) form. This form is for reporting any situation or behavior you believe may pose a threat.

Completing the form triggers a formal threat assessment by our team, allowing us to proactively address concerns and provide support. You can choose to submit the form anonymously if you prefer.

Please note: This form is a proactive measure for school-conducted threat assessments. It is not a substitute for emergency services. If there's an immediate threat, please call 911. For other urgent concerns, you should still use resources like the OK2SAY tip line or a suicide prevention hotline.
