As an artist in a virtual school environment, you gain a unique blend of flexibility and independence. Whether you're currently enrolled in an art class or not, here are some ways you can get involved and showcase your work!
Artist of the Month Every month, we shine a spotlight on one talented GLLA artist in our school newsletter. This is your chance to gain recognition, share your passion, and have your work featured in our Artist of the Month Gallery (view past features HERE). The artist of the month is chosen by our art teachers. If you'd like to be considered please contact Mrs. Montesano. School-Wide Art Challenges This is an opportunity for all students—regardless of experience level—to get creative and participate in a fun, themed competition. Check below for this month's challenge details, rules, and submission guidelines!
Global Art Club Global Clubs and Activities programs are available August through mid April each year and incorporates students from all Connections Academy schools across the country. All Clubs are optional, non-credit, have no impact on student grades, and are 100% virtual and free.
