Resetting a Password with a Username

From the login page of the Pearson Online Classroom, you can reset passwords for Learning Coaches or students using their username.

1. From the login page, select the Did you forget your password? link.
2. On the next page, enter your username and complete the verification.
3. Instructions will be sent to reset your password to the email associated with your username.
4. If you did not receive instructions or need the Learning Coach username, please contact 1-800-382-6010 for assistance.

Locating the Student's Username to Reset a Password

1. From the Learning Coach Home Page, locate and open the Parent Data Views within the To Do List.
2. Select the Student Account Access Data View.
3. Locate the student username from the list.
​4. Continue to the Forgotten Password link and follow the directions above.
